At Yatraai.in, we understand that plans can change. Please review these guidelines regarding cancellations and modifications:

  1. Free Cancellation Window: Most bookings allow free cancellation for a short period after booking (typically 24–72 hours) depending on the hotel and rate. Check your confirmation email for the exact policy.
  2. Cancellation Fees: Outside the free window, a fee may apply based on hotel, rate, and timing—often one night’s stay or a percentage of the total cost.
  3. Non-Refundable Bookings: Some rates are non-refundable from the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified without penalty. This will be shown during booking.
  4. Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method; your bank/card issuer may take several business days to reflect the credit.
  5. Modifications: Date changes or room upgrades are subject to availability and any fare differences. Contact Yatraai.in support for assistance.
  6. Special Circumstances: During natural disasters, government advisories, or extraordinary events, Yatraai.in may adjust policies to ensure fairness.
